IIC- BCA

AIM 1.0 An Idea Matters is an innovative entrepreneurial ideas enhancement program envisioned by SRMGPC’s Institution Innovation Council. The purpose of AIM 1.0 is to come together for organized idea generation exercises and to help individuals and teams to uncover revolutionary ideas and to think boldly about the future.

This session was organized by Department of BCA in co-ordination with Raj Rathaur along with his team members of IIC and all the students in the mentorship of our faculty coordinator Dr. Rajeev Tripathi and H.O.D Dr. Santosh Kumar Dwivedi. The session was encouraged by the presence of Dr Bobby W. Lyall, Principal of BBA & BCA dept. and Prof. (Dr.) V. K. Singh, Director Admin as our Guest of the session.

75+ students of SRMGPC participated in the event. The winning team “TEAM NAKIN” lead by team captain Satyam Rai and his team mate Yash Kumar Tayal along with the runner up teams “TEAM YourAim” lead by team captain Unnati Srivastava and his team mates Riya Pawar & Saurabh Awasthi and “TEAM TAKA INNOVATION” lead by team captain Shreyash Tripathi and his team mates Harsh Gupta and Suryansh Kumar were given prizes by the chief guest and all the juries. Rest all the participating teams were appreciated through certificates for their participation and efforts to think something innovative out of the box by honorable chief guest of the session.
We are grateful to them for their presence and making AIM 1.0 a successful event.

Summary of Seminar "Pollution Control Day" By:- Nivedita Upadhayay(2th December, 2022)

Today's seminar was arranged in the occasion of Pollution Control Day, the session began with an introduction of noticeable events happening around themselves related to pollution which includes the air pollution, the polluted water of canals, the health effects due to polluted soil, etc. Nivedita further visited each topic of pollution as a topic and presented it's reason, consequences and control measures. Nivedita described about the air pollution with some relatable questions such as "How many of you are suffering from allergies?" and further took the topic towards the approaches taken to control air pollution. The next topic which was introduced was water pollution followed by soil pollution. Nivedita told about the interconnections between all the pollutions. The session was fully packed with numerous questions. This interactive session was closed with a questionnaire session and words of wisdom by Head Of Department of BCA.

The session was organised with successful achievement of its objective in F-Block Seminar Hall, to provide the students with perks of leaning towards their environment and showing concern for the elements of nature.
