According to the expansion plans SRMCM is pleased to inform that in a short
span of time it is coming up with two more degree programs: BMS (Bachelor of
Management Science) and BBA(Tourism). Introduction of these two new Management
courses will surely provide students a spectrum to choose from and have in
depth knowledge of the choosen field. SRMCM is committed to elevate Shri
Ramswroop Memorial college to Shri Ramswroop Memorial University. |

Central Library |
|
A library is the soul of an academic every institution. When SRMCM, Lucknow was
started in 2001 great care was taken to see that the library would be one of the
finest libraries of technology and management in U.P. In these five years, the
library is growing steady and not compromises for its resources,
facilities and services. Today, the central library of SRMCM, Lucknow is
centrally air-conditioned, modern and digitalized library having in-house
developed library software. It has collection of almost all the types of
documents available in various medias in the field of Technology and
Management.. The central library of SRMCM, Lucknow today has a total collection
of around 15,000 books with approx. 2,256 numbers of titles. Apart from this,
there is also a significant collection of 60 print journals (National /
International), 209 online journals of Management, Magazines, Project reports
and non- print materials that includes 525 CD-ROMs and Audio Cassettes, etc. The
Central Library is also subscribing e-resources of IEEE / IEL through
INDEST-AICTE Consortium. Through this subscription the institute can access
Online 950,000 documents from over 12,000 publications, includes 120 journals
(International), transactions, magazines, conference proceedings, IEEE
standards. This covers almost one third of the world's current electrical
engineering and computer science literature. Books are basically organized by
the Dewey Decimal Classification (DDC) scheme, and Cataloguing is based on AACR
II. |

1. Around 27,239 volumes and almost 3,066 titels.
Subscription of 73 print materials (national and international) that includes
journals(in addition to this 4367 online journals also)
magazines,project reports and non print material that includes 898 CD
ROMs and Audio Cassettes.
2. The Central Library subscribes e-resources of IEEE/IEL, Elsevier's science Direct & ABI /
INFORM completeProQUESt.
3. NPTEL course contents has been installed in the library, it is an online services based on
intranet.
4. Institutional membership of IIML Library(# E-26).
In addition to the central library we have an exclusive library for the BCA and
BBA students which includes another 500 titels and around 6210 volume. |
